What happens to my golf course maintenance equipment inventory?
It’s up to you. In most cases, the golf course maintenance inventory remains your asset and we become responsible for its upkeep. We will provide you with reports showing how preventative and repair items are being handled by our highly qualified equipment technicians. In certain cases, we will assume use of your equipment and augment the inventory with our own equipment. And in other cases, IGM can provide a complete pallet of equipment to meet all of the operation’s needs. With this option, you carry no equipment on your books and we make arrangements for all necessary future replacements. Regardless of your situation, we can find an approach that will meet your needs. 
What are my ongoing payroll liabilities once I've contracted with IGM?
All payroll costs are included in your payments to IGM. We assume responsibility for payroll, payroll taxes, employee insurance and other employee benefits. By virtue of the size of our group, we are able to offer a competitive benefits package at affordable rates.
How am I assured that IGM is doing what you say you will do?

How does IGM determine its price for my golf course?
It starts with a clear understanding of your needs and expectations. Then, we determine the right amount of resources – personnel, materials, supplies and equipment – that will be required to execute an agronomic program that’s right for your golf course and your business. No two golf courses are the same…so we have to evaluate each operation based on the expectations for quality and the agronomic needs of the golf course. From estimating man-hours to determining fertility rates, IGM does extensive background work to ensure that we propose the appropriate plan and provide adequate resources to meet your needs.
